Our operation covers three (3) areas of renting, development and

selling of properties.

Rentals

We have up to 30 properties that are rented to private Lagosians on a yearly rental basis. Our properties are well located to transport networks and were designed and constructed to meet best practises.

Development

With adequate workforce and experience in developing and redeveloping residential properties across Lagos State, we are well positioned to redevelop your home or develop your land on agreed terms that is usually a leased agreement of 15 years.

Our builders and design partners have a combined 50 years of experience building homes across Nigeria.

We manage the re/development process from conceptual design through seeking approval of Lagos State Building Control Agency (LABSCA) to construction and completion of the project. The completed building is then passed on to our Rental team to manage for the agreed leased period.

Sales

Our sales team make every effort to make buying a property stress free experience for our customers using various funding options. Our flexible innovative rent to own housing model contribute towards the reduction of housing and electricity challenge faced by our citizens. With RentOwn, private citizens have the opportunity to own their own homes through renting for a period (typically 15 years). Each home is also provided with up to 5 kWh free environmental friendly electricity daily.
